Connect & Win Promotion

Connect & Win promotion is where potential customers who are not aware of Zuku coverage around their residential area are given the chance to appreciate and experience; the fastest internet speed in Kenya with Unlimited Home Internet.

The product being promoted is Zuku Fiber.

The promotion will run 2nd March 2018 to 11th May 2018.


This offer is eligible to new customers who purchase the following packages:-

                                                               i.      Zuku j10

                                                             ii.      Home Basic 30Mbps

                                                            iii.      Home Preferred 50Mbps

                                                           iv.      Home premium 100Mbps

                                                             v.      Home advanced 250Mbps

The customer needs to have successfully paid for the packages between 2nd March 2018 to 11th May 2018.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in this promotion;

                        Children under the age of 18 years.

                        Employees of Wananchi Group (Kenya) Limited and their close relatives.


Mechanics/Mode of Participation

The promotion team will set up in high traffic areas within Zuku Fiber coverage areas and malls.
1. Malls: Sarit Centre, Yaya, Valley Arcade shopping centre, Lavington Mall.
2. Zuku shops- Junction, Buruburu, TRM, Nyali Cinemax Plaza, Diamond Plaza, Gateway Business Park  (Mombasa Road)

 Potential customers will be invited to check into the exhibition booth at the activating malls.
- They will have to provide their personal details to facilitate the issuing of passwords, which they would need to log in to the hotspots and experience the unlimited internet.
- While at the mall, they will experience the speeds within a certain radius and time.
- Our sales persons will take the customer through the steps to purchasing a package that will thereafter make them eligible to participate in a weekly draw.




The Approach will be two fold;

1. On Ground Approach
- Zuku sales team will drive traffic into the booths,
-They will engage with the customers and explain the benefits of Zuku Fiber and have them register,
                Online and;
                with sales person
- The customer that is within our network and buys our packages is entered into the weekly draw.
- The on ground mall activation will be done every weekend from 10th March 2018.

2.       Online Approach

- Customers are invited online
 - They then check in at the activating malls or Gazebo
 - They go online
  - To participate, the online user must:
     a. Check Zuku Coverage map (to confirm if they are within coverage).
     b. Once confirmed, they will register with their details and experience the internet speeds.
- Customers are then invited to buy a package.
- Once they buy, they are entered into the weekly draw.


Draws, Selection & Notification of Winners

- There will be a weekly draw for the customers who will have paid and been provisioned with any of the designated packages and is within ZUKU RFS area.
- Payment methods include;
     Mobile Money- Mpesa,Airtel Money & Equitel
     Paying online on our website
     Paying through the Bank –Primebank ,Equity
     Paying Via M-Banking
     Paying through KCB Mtaani
     Pay Through Eazzy Banking App
    Pay through Our Zuku Shops – Nairobi: Junction, The point- Buruburu, Diamond Plaza,  Gateway park Mombasa road, Mombasa:Nyali Cinemax

- The draw will be done every Tuesday after the start of the campaign at 11.30 a.m.

- The venue for the draw will be at the Zuku Offices, Gateway park Mombasa Road.

- Method of selection will be through Lucky Dip.
