Zuku offers you various convenient ways to make your payment including Mobile Money transfers such as MTN, Airtel and also through Visa card. To find out more on how to settle your bill, click on the options below.

*Please note, Zuku will update payments made via Mobile Money every two hours

To pay your bill, please make sure you identify your Zuku account number on the most recent invoice as you will need this to pay your bill.

 To pay using MTN    
  • Dial *165# and go to the MTN Money Menu
  • Select Payments
  • Select Pay TV
  • Select ZukuTV
  • Enter ZUKUXXXXXX, where XXXXXX is your Zuku Account Number, in account code
  • Enter Amount
  • Enter your PIN and Send
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS and email from Zuku.
  • Payment reflects on Zuku within 15 minutes.

 

To pay using Airtel Money     
  • Go to Airtel Money Menu by dialing *185# on your phone;
  • Select Pay Bill
  • Select Others/Press 9
  • Enter Zuku Business Number 111222
  • Enter the Amount
  • Under Reference; type your 6 digit Account Number
  • Confirm Details on Confirmation Screen
  • Enter your Airtel Money PIN and Send
  • Payment reflects on Zuku within 15 minutes.

At the Payway Kiosk;

  • Touch the icon for TV
  • Select ZUKU Tv
  • Enter your 6 digit Account number and touch next
  • Select TV service and Touch Next
  • Enter your Mobile Number and touch Next
  • Insert the correct amount of money into machine and complete
    the transaction *(minimum denomination accepted by the machine is 2000/- note)
  • You will receive a paper receipt and an SMS confirmation for the Transaction

Go to the nearest Service Center and ask to pay for Zuku subscription

  • Handler/Terminal operator selects F6
  • Selects TV
  • Selects Zuku Tv
  • Input your 6 digit Account Number
  • Enter subscriber name/subscriber Number
  • Enter customer phone number
  • Enter amount
  • Receipt is printed and connection is instant

Go to the nearest Quick Teller Service centre and ask to pay for Zuku subscription

Request for package of choice
i.e Smart/Classic/ Premium/ Smart Asia/ Classic Asia/ Premium Asia/ Asia only

  • Input the 6 digit Zuku Account Number
  • Input Customers Phone number
  • Handler will request to swipe customers ATM card
  • Enter Pin Number
  • Select account type i.e current/ savings/ default the press Enter
  • Transaction will be approved and customer receives a paper receipt and an SMS confirmation for the Transaction
