If you have a decoder whose serial number begins with V130 **** and CH1010******
Please carry out an auto search as below
- Menu Installation
- Insert Password (0000)
- Auto search
After the search the missing channels will appear.
If you have a decoder whose serial number begins with 2N **** and 2P ******
To Reset Factory Settings
- Menu
- Tools
- Factory Settings {select YES}
Then, to Search for missing channels
- Menu
- Installation
- DVBS Installation
- TP List.
Press the blue button on the remote. Press okay. Wait till the search is complete. Any missing channel will appear on the list.
Check to confirm the cable from the TV to the Zuku decoder is in place and firmly fixed.
- Check the input selection from your TV Remote and confirm that the input source is the Zuku decoder.
- Check to see if the decoder is on standby. If so, turn it on.

The Decoder Serial and smartcard number is located on a sticker beneath the decoder.

➢ Confirm the power cord is correctly plugged into the power socket.

Click on the EPG button and a list of channels will pop up.
• To view the programmes in a channel, click OK once and the channel is highlighted.
• This will highlight the programmes and the info on each programme can be seen by clicking OK again.
• Use the scroll buttons to switch between channels

• To select a favorite channel click on the red button and a channel should pop up on selection.
• To remove click on the red button and it will disappear.

• Now click on the “Fav” button when you want to change channels, all your best channels will be within easy reach.

• Enter the new password and confirm the same
• Press exit button
• Press okay to save the changes.

• Press OK button

• Enter the new password and confirm the same

• Press okay to save the changes.
