Loyalty Program
- Definitions and interpretation
1.1. These guidelines shall govern the Zuku Loyalty Program by Wananchi Group (Uganda) Limited. Wananchi reserves the right to amend these guidelines from time to time.
(a) “Accrual Matrix” means the entitlements to customers based on their subscription payments for the services as published and varied by Wananchi from time to time
(b) “Customer/s” means the subscriber/s using the services
(c) “Services” means Zuku internet services
(d) “Wananchi” means Wananchi Group (Uganda) Limited of Post Office Box Number 14827, Oasis Office Park, 3rd Floor ,
Masaki, Haile Selassie Road, Dar es Salaam.
(e) “Zuku Loyalty Program” “Loyalty Program” means a reward program for customers based on subscription payment for renewal of the services where customer will earn one month bandwidth ramp up for consecutive and on time (no disconnection) renewal or free days for each renewal period paid for as per the Accrual Matrix.
(f) “On time paying “means payments for service made before disconnection date.
- Who is eligible for the program?
All Zuku customers
- How do I enrol for the loyalty program?
Customers will qualify for the loyalty program by default, no subscription will be required.
- Who is eligible to redeem?
Any customer remains entitled to earn rewards by meeting the timely payment threshold.
5.5 30 days of free service will be earned to clients who pay for their packages in advance for 12 months.
- When do I redeem my reward?
Customers who pay for 12 months in advance will get 13th month respectively.
- How do I monitor my reward?
The customer will be able to confirm the reward accrued via:
- a)Zuku Website
- b)Zuku Telegram BOT
- c) Customers will receive notifications of rewards via a pro-forma invoice and SMS Notification to be sent upon effecting the reward, which is effective on the billing date.
- Forfeiture
Rewards will be forfeited if not redeemed by the end of 13th month from month of enrolment.
